ABOUT MAVI BEACH HOUSE
Mavi Beach House is perfectly set up for those wanting a relaxing beachy getaway along the iconic Great Ocean Road. Set up with families in mind, the home adjoins a large grassy vacant allotment which is available for guests to enjoy during their stay, it provides a space for kids to kick the ball and play.
The home itself has been renovated and tastefully appointed throughout with beautiful furnishings and touches throughout.
The large open plan kitchen and meals area comes fully equiped with all you need to enjoy home cooked meals together on the timber dining table which overlooks the ocean below. You can access a private sun deck with BBQ and lounge chairs as well as private leafy rear garden area.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed, taseful ensuite and a window that perfectly frames the ocean which is pretty special to wake up to in the morning.
The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 x sets of bunk beds (king singles) and both rooms share the use of the renovated central bathroom.
The living area is set up with comfortable lounges and a wood fireplace for guests to use and also offers split system heating/cooling for extra comfort. There is a smart TV with Foxtel and a good library of recorded movies for guest use.
Pet Friendly: We offer this space as a pet friendly home, however we do ask that guests who choose to bring their furry friends along please ensure they clean up any mess and leave no trace, there has been a pet friendly gate installed for safe enclosure outside. Please no pets inside the home.
